2. Candidates
Submitting a resume or profile does not guarantee employment or an interview. We reserve the right to determine which candidates to present to our clients based on the clients' specific requirements. We do not charge candidates any fees for our recruitment services.
3. Employers
By submitting a hiring request, you are indicating an interest in our services. This does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement outlining fees and terms is signed by both parties.
4. Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FundyRise and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FundyRise, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
